Broekman Logistics Rewarded With 2022 Silver Medal for Sustainability by Ecovadis
Broekman Logistics has announced that Broekman Logistics has been awarded with the 2022 Silver Medal for sustainability. The reward is a statement to our continuous efforts in the subjects of sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
Sustainability is the continuing commitment to act responsibly by integrating social and environmental concerns into business operations. Sustainability goes beyond regulatory compliance to focus on how companies manage their economic, social and environmental impacts, as well as their relationships with stakeholders (e.g. employees, trading partners, government). The EcoVadis methodology framework assesses companies' policies and actions as well as their published reporting related to the environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.
With a score of 56 out of 100 points, we are in the top 11% of logistics service providers rated by EcoVadis. As Broekman Logistics we are very proud and look forward continuing the sustainable developments within our operations. Together we will strive for an EcoVadis Gold Medal for sustainability in the next three years.
